Programmes currently running
- We have partnered with SKATEINSTAN SOUTH AFRICA (https://skateistan.org/location/south-africa), an international organization bringing the world together with skateboarding.
- Their main focus is working with many of the most insecure and unequal communities on the planet to create safe spaces where marginalized children can learn, play and shape their futures.
- This programmes is offered free of charge to children of all ages in both buildings.
Some of our initiatives include providing support to entrepreneurs who own businesses in the building.
- This highlights the active role we play in making a positive impact in our communities for sustainable development.

- We also prioritise internal tenants when job opportunities become available in the company
